Welcome to one of the most beautiful islands in the Philippines called BORACAY! The full packaged island from white powdered sands, crystal blue waters, beautiful sunset, budget accommodation to high end resorts and hotels, local and foreign restaurants, amazing night life, land and water activities like horseback riding, golf, atv/buggy cars, island hopping, diving, parasailing, windsurfing and the famous wind sport all over the world “KITESURFING” and many more! Boracay have beaches where you can do kitesurfing, two principal beaches are known as Bulabog beach and White beach where wind both blows onshore.

BULABOG BEACH is a wide shallow lagoon with flat waters, very safe for learning, free from swimmers and boats. Bulabog beach had the longest season for kitesurfing, wind starts from NOVEMBER to APRIL, both pro’s and newbies will surely like this place!

While in WHITE BEACH, wind starts from JULY to OCTOBER. Wind in White beach doesn’t blows constantly unlike in Bulabog beach and since tourists mostly stayed at White beach and sailing boats parked at one spot. Our major concerns are the student’s safety and the tourists around us, we offer the lessons at the right end part of the beach where no much tourists swimming neither boats. Kite boarders can simply enjoy kiting some meters away from the shore.

“Pinas” is a slang/short tagalong word from Pilipinas (Philippines). Pinas Kiteboarding Center was established way back 2006, and is run by local Boracaynon throughout those years and now merged by 2 other kiters. Team Pinas is very happy to share you our culture, warm atmosphere, beautiful waters, great wind and good local vibes.

Pinas Kiteboarding is dedicated to teaching people of all levels in this fun and exciting sport. We offer lessons with International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) training and certification, private and advanced classes.

KITESURFING COURSES

OVER VIEW:
Pinas Kiteboarding Center is dedicated in teaching people of all levels in this fun and exciting sport. We offer lessons with International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) training and certification. Our instructors and assistant instructors are Certified and Experienced IKO INSTRUCTORS. Pinas practised a hands-on teaching so we only accommodate 1 student (maximum of 2) per instructor and they will never leave u until you are able to ride by your own but we still supervise you when kiting and are always alert if you need assistant even your course is already finish, only in Pinas!

As safety is our main concerned we make sure that our equipment are always checked before the lesson starts and that the students fully understand the safety precautions before going to the water. So worry no more and just enjoy kiting! 

INTRODUCTORY COURSE (1.5hours/Php.3000)
Your gateway to kitesurfing! Have a feeling if kite surfing is for you. Here, you will learn kitesurfing theory, wind window, kite control, piloting with a trainer kite and once you master this and wants to book for a full course then you don’t have to pay this introductory course.

BEGINNER LEVEL-1 DAY COURSE (3hours/Php.6,000)
You are now going to fly a big kite! Students will learn all basic skills including the safety features of the kite and knowledge of kite surfing with a qualified instructor. You will learn introductory course + setting up 4 line inflatable kites, bar and lines, the theory of wind window, power zone and turbulences, kite piloting, kite re-launching, body dragging, and all the safety elements. By the end of this course you will reach the level where you can fly the kite independently in complete safety way.

BEGINNER LEVEL-2 DAYS COURSE (6hours/Php.12,000)
From Introductory course to 1 day course + body dragging left and right with board, board recovery, power strokes for the water starts, and your first attempt with board starts. Includes the world wide recognized IKO license card.

FULL COURSE (9hours/Php.19,000)
In this course, you will learn starting from Introductory to 2 days Course + longer rides to both sides, riding upwind and controlled stop, body positioning, right of way, coaching and become an independent kiteboarder. Includes the world wide recognized IKO license card.

INSTRUCTOR RATE (Php.2000/hour)
For a very fast progressive learning curve, opt for private lessons. Your IKO instructor will then be a personal coach guiding you step by step for a very personalized lesson like board edging for riding upwind, different techniques on changing direction and even your first jump!

RENTALS (full set)
In order to rent equipment you need to be at least IKO level 2 which means that you have a good control of the kite, you can do short rides and you know how to perform a self-rescue.

There is no insurance for the gear in the Philippines so we apply the policy of : “you break it, you pay for it!” so please carefully check the gear before using it.
