I knew the place 4 years ago : it was already the cleanest hotel and beach,, everything was working (Aircon, wc, TV, etc which is not easy on an island), organised storage and more than professional beach boys and owner always caring carefully to the customers. But now the place is more than that : it's a really welcoming place, a one you are more than happy to live because of confortable outdoor loung with big beds, excellent quality local and international food at reasonable price, bar and good music. and you will love the excellent international ambiancy made of Bulgarians, French, Italians, Kazak, German, Swiss, English, Philipino, Taiwanese funny riders ! Besides having a very nice and friendly guide, this is the most overpriced experience I've ever had.The introduction session is nothing more than kite flying lesson and there is no sense of doing it unless you plan to be a kite surfer.Save your 50 bucks and enjoy them elsewhereread more

If you’re in the area and looking to kiteboard. This is the spot. I highly recommend coming down and taking kiteboarding lessons here if you’ve never tried it before. The conditions are great for beginners and they have a wide variety of gear for different riders and wind conditions.They’re really flexible with the times and days that you take your lessons. Especially in non peak season. I was able to do mine over a few days.They also have room accommodations nearby at aissatou. That is recommended if you are planning to go kiteboarding a lot. They have 10% discount on kiteboard lessons if you book at aissatou.read more

Friendly, experienced, structured, and safety-first instructors with good kiting etiquette. My instructor Ben helped me get to level 3J (kiting independently) by the end of my trip (did the 9-hour beginner course plus a few more days afterwards).Also stayed at Aissatou, the sister beach resort. Nice rooms, good food, friendly prices, and beautiful dogs. :)Winnie, Aissa and the gang made it feel like home. Will definitely be back here every year for good stoke and good vibes!read more

Nobody mentiones the restaurant part, which can be super refreshing after staying long in Asia, as they offer really nice European food like Schnitzel or sausages.Bit pricier than others but still cheaper than in the EU. The view is just great weather you are a kitesurfer or not ☺️read more

It was the third time I was in Boracay for Kiteboarding. And I have finally found the right place to go.- The material for rental is top quality- The prices are competitive- The owner is both very nice, and professional, checking that you can go safely.- And may be the best part is that there is a whole bunch of other nice and supportive kitesufers staying there, so you will never drink a beer alone after your session.The place is also an hotel... I did not try as it was full, but it gives directly to the beach, at very decent prices.read more

It's a good place to spend time, good teachers, and delicious cuisine, but if you rent, then go to another school, otherwise you'll pay more anywhere.I was given an old kite that broke into small pieces from the first light fall, I paid half the price for it, I asked for a new kite, the owner told me if it breaks, you will pay the full price for it. Other schools do not work like this, all risks are included in the rental price, there may be repairs, but not half the price or the entire cost of the kite!read more

Best spot for beginners! Laid back vibes, passionate trainers, nice crew, social interactions with other kiters whom you’ll see every day. You can stay after to have a nice lunch and coffee.We did three days of lessons and started the introduction together. Recommend going for private lessons after that. You will get the most value and best for practicing. Too bad we had to fly back home.They will boost your confidence if you are afraid. I struggled with the sizes of the provided gear, but everyday everyone helped me finding what fitted best. Felt like home the whole week at Habagat, we where 3 friends starting all with no previous experience and all left riding. Amazing place for all leveles. Really recommend 5 days and do the 3 levels. Great internet ( starlink) to work and have calls, food is amazing, Everyone is super friendly and professional. Kites and equipment all new. Definitely a must place to visit.read more

Habagat is your home away from home when in Boracay. Starting from Winnie the owner to all the staff, instructors, waiters and staff, you will have a very professional and friendly service. I went with 3 friends without knowing a thing about Kitesurfing and after just one class I was able to ride. My instructor Ben is very experienced, patient and friendly, he made my whole course very easy to follow, providing tips amd trick on how to ride more confidently. The whole place is a great place to be, you have very fast and reliable WiFi, I was working remotely every morning from the school and never had issues. Joy and the rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable while having their great omelettes, and their fresh smoothies (try the mango one!).All in all, the best part of my week in Boracay, was Habagat. Don’t doubt, just go and ou won’t regret it. I’m coming back next season!read more
