Due to protection from an outer reef, a huge area of flat water can be enjoyed on the inside in any conditions. Outside the bay more adventures and advanced riders can explore a wide and open space of scattered reef breaks and picture perfect beaches. Altogether Cas-en-Bas offers a playground for Kitesurfers of all levels and all styles. Kiteboarding at it’s best!

After your session you can have a cold drink at the local beach bar and just enjoy hanging out on this beautiful and quiet beach, which was by the way voted into the top 50 beaches worldwide by British Airways. Plenty trees make for a nice and shaded area, which will invite you to stick around for a while and discuss your newest tricks with some of the local Kitesurfers…this is real Caribbean beach culture!

Luxurious 2 Bed/2 Bath Apartment Right on the Kitesurf Beach + 6 hour Kitesurfing Course (Beginner or Intermediate)

Located in a small, friendly and secure gated community, this Caribbean style apartment overlooks the 35m swimming pool and is just a few meters from the Kitesurfing beach. Guests will have peace and tranquility, just 10 minutes away from the shops, restaurants and entertainment of Rodney Bay and Gros Islet.

Elegantly decorated, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen that includes a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The property also offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a terrace for outdoor dining and free WiFi. Free Secure parking is also available.

This one bed / one bath great value self catering apartment, suitable for 2 guests, is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate is the perfect harbor for your unforgettable Caribbean vacation.

Different Size, Basic Caribbean Style Apartments with Sea-View + 6 Hour Kitesurfing Course (Beginner or Intermediate)

We have two studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. Each is quite separate and has its own entrance and balcony with great views.
There are many bar or restaurant within a short distance. The kitchen area has a four burner gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker and toaster and the usual pots, pans, utensils and cutlery.

Each unit has a shower with hot water, wash basin and toilet. Fixtures and fittings are simple but rooms are comfortable and clean. They are cooled by powerful fans, but no A/C.

Rooms are changed and cleaned weekly; guests wishing a daily service will pay a 10% service charge.

There is free wireless internet access in the apartments. We have a car park for guests who rent a vehicle.
