Beds are comfortable, staff are easy to talk to. Easy to access services, easy to read brochures for day activities. Restaurant downstairs is great, lovely good and drinks.

what I love about the place is its convenient location, very accommodating and friendly staffs, and good food! We were just walk ins yet still got a good deal. They gave us the room with beach view, all to ourselves. What's sweet is that they also arranged the room when they knew we were honeymooners. Free breakfast was good. The omelette was a personal fave! I liked the churros too and best of all, indulging in Mati Chocolate Sin! Will definitely come back!read more

Unlike other hotels at the vicinity with a beachfront, Zuzuni's beachfront is relatively a lot more quiet BOTH day and night.Ask the staff for beach towels if you wish to lie on the beach bed. The staff are chill and easy to speak with.The rooms are clean with a touch of neutral gray and white palette. Wooden furnitures compliment the homely vibe.I would definitely book a room at Zuzuni again!read more

Stayed at the ocean loft for 1 night. It’s funny how the loft room can fit 4-5 adults but the travel site only let you choose 3. Additional guests (adults) would be charged 800 pesos. After all, awesome beachfront view, amazing breakfast! Small but it has every you needed!read more

Honestly, we thought it was too good to be true when we saw Zuzuni online. But when we arrived it was even better than we expected. We’re so happy here!! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the rooms are spotless, the beds/pillows are super comfy. The hotel is on the beach, in such a great location. They say it’s a 5 min walk to D-mall but you’d be walking slowly. They’re so great with our little kids. Thanks Zuzuni! I would recommend to anybody.read more

Great view from the balcony. Staffs are so kind. Breakfast was good. If you prefer the room with a window, you should not pick the standard room. The hotel provides variety of tours and takes care of a transfer service to the airport.read more

We stayed at the room where there is no space to go around the very big bed and uncomfortable to walk inside with someone else. Noise from hallway and construction on building next to it. Bad timing, I guess. Service and people are the best. Very accommodating to all needs and questions. Few steps away from the beach.read more

When we arrived the staff where inviting and cheerful. The rest of the stay was great as well, we stayed at the very top off the hotel, pretty cramped but it was a good fit, air-conditioned, clean, comfortable, shower is not your normal shower but instead it's water conserving and since they run on a smaller water tank you need to wait for the hot water to run through, lavander soap to help ward off mesquitoes other then that. We ate at the restraunt below (free for hotel stay) and it had a cozy latin theme, food, and is also right next to the beach, maybe 2min away? A churro stand if you like that as well. Right as you exit you will notice there is seating on the sand right before the beach, no showers for washing off sand, to your left is a small convenience store and misc shops, starbucks and more restraunts to fit your taste. To your right is more shops, much less than to your left. Nightlife is more when everyone usually comes out to drink, eat, just relax in groups. Every 10 meters or so you will get asked if you want to go island hopping, scubba diving, ride the waves, snorkling, buy a waterproof bag for items such a phone, towel , etc. Just know it's part of there culture and you just need to pass-by as if your not interested. If you are well nothing needs to be said there 😉. Be sure to watch out for crabs that sink into the sand, fish that explore with the crashing waves, and other wild life. read more

Stayed on R6 (rm6) a room with balcony... Location is perfect... Right in FRONT (of the beach) and just in the middle of everything else.... Staffs are nice and courteous... Breakfast is not a buffet but it is filling... (ohhh the Eggs how can i forget.. I Was surprised how good they made them not overcooked not oily scrambled or sunny side up, u can never go wrong....) Bed and pillows are comfortable... Will definitely come back...read more

Very good location I would say if we are only to consider the beach view. This is really a beach front hotel. It’s just that it would take several minutes walk from the main road. Good thing we had our porter / tour guide who helped us carry our things. The room we had is on the 4th floor with windows facing the beach. If you have weak knees, I suggest to consider a different hotel as they don’t have elevator. The rooms are quite small, but has just right necessities. Would be best for quick stay / backpacking in Boracay. Was not able to get pictures of the room but don’t worry they do have big beds and hot shower. The pictures we’ve taken on the beach is just in front of the hotel.read more

Mostly fully booked, so happy to have stayed here early this month and have booked again for next month. You can tell that we love staying here because after our previous stay here, we actually booked another for next month.Very good customer service and really nice people. Helpful and friendly staff. The room is comfortable in the 2nd floor. When we have to transfer because the room we are staying at was booked on our last night, the third flood room is a bit of a challenge going up the stairs and also very small. Could have maximized the space used for balcony. The balcony is rather too big, might be bigger than the actual room. But it might be good for people who likes to hang outside. With that said, I prefer the premium room in the second floor. The bathroom is a little tight too but it is okay.We tried all the breakfast in their menu, we stayed there five nights. We missed other silogs, but then again this is a Mexican-Latin American restaurant so what they have is what there is. There is a variety of options though, I guess we just wanted different since we stayed there longer. Some fruit/vegetable maybe?read more

The service is excellent and we could say that it's best feature is its location at the beach. Aside from being beach front, the hotel is also in the quieter area of the beach. Some fine restaurants are also nearby.The food at their restaurant is also good especially for those who like spicy food. it's located by the beach front at station 1. Staff are friendly and accommodating when they're not busy. they have beach mats and towels to use. if your okay walking the stairs up to the 4th floor it should be okay to stay. no elevators. and if you booked with free breakfast the choices are limited but the food is amazing. will recommend this to friends.read more

Great location if you get the room with the balcony. You get to hang out and relax away from the crowds while enjoying a view of the beach.The only problem we had was that a nearby bar would play really loud music up until midnight. So if this bothers you, it might be a problem. Also there's no elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs, you'll need to take that into consideration. Otherwise, the room was great, the staff was great.read more

My experience couldn't have been better. Location is at the best spot at White Beach Station 1 where there are less crowd. Room is sparkling clean, well maintained, and well thought out. The bed I got was bigger than King size -not sure if this is standard to all rooms. The staff is friendly. The cherry on top would be their resto - Muchos. Great Latin American cuisine. Loved everything I had there especially the Margaritas and Birria. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to Boracay.read more

Perfect location, right on the beach without having to deal with masses of people. Beautiful view from balcony at second floor, room was also roomy. Kind staff who are very helpful. Breakfast at the Mexican restaurant downstairs was also good, try Arroz Caldo 👍 Things to improve; doors were a bit worn down, some smell from the plumbing (there was an air purifier in the room), also the nearby bar playing loud music so you'll have to accept that. All in all a nice hotel.read more

Perfect place to book if you want a less crowded hotel. In less than 3 minutes you can walk from your hotel room to the sea. Breakfast will never be the same once you experience the scenic view of the sea. They are partners with Muchos for breakfast and I super love the food selections.The overall experience with the Boutique Hotel is super b!Things you might need to consider:According to what I saw online they have a family room. The one we stayed at is good for 2 pax max. The room is just enough for me and my mom. I just wished they had an in-room kettle.Comments: some part of the wall in the room we're staying at needed to be worked on but it's barely noticeable so yeah.We'll definitely book here again for our next boracay trip.read more

I was looking forward to get to this hotel, I thought it was the nicest I chose for my trip in the Philippines and it was instead the worst. The location is indeed perfect, the balcony was really nice and had an awesome view, but we shared our room with a lot of ants! The room was really small and there were almost no spaces to store our clothes, only some area above the bed which was full of ants. I kept my backpack there and realized when I got to the next location that my backpack was full of ants!Now, looking back, I feel that all the photos are from the opening, I saw on instagram that the photos are dated from 2017 and it seems that they did nothing since then to improve the place. The place looks small outside but I was impressed with the room. I must say we rested well after our long day activities & we always missed the sunrise coz we have good sleep. The room is quiet, good lighting, clean, comfortable & excellent sevice too. With free wifi. I love the delicious free breakfast. I can see there are lots of foreigner coming also in the resto area downstairs. Excellent view outside. I will comeback again here if given a chance. Highly recommended.read more

Good beds in the room, its directly located on the beach, but, lacking insulation in rooms. The doors to the rooms are not fitted properly and scrapes with extremely loud noise along the floor when opened and will for sure wake you up when people come and go during late hours and at night .. additionally relentless loud music in lobby restaurant area.... that's the Filipino way..... noise everywhere...read more

Absolutely loved my stay over here. Clean n comfortable. Location is dreamy as it's right on the beach and not far from the main road behind. Found the staff very friendly. We asked for a knife to cut the fruits that we bought from out and they offered to do it. It came out looking so so fancy, we were shocked at this sweet gesture. Before booking this property, make sure to do your diligent research. The location is excellent and yes, it is indeed a beachfront property. Very accessible to lots of restaurants.- Staff - they’re friendly- Location - Excellent- Food - the accommodation has free breakfast but not delicious- Room - the beachfront room with balcony located at the 3rd floor, it’s a small room and kinda crowded for 2 adults. Looks like they have invested in the size of the balcony but not the room itself. It’s not worth the prize for 4k plus per night. Lots of other options in the area. The walls are not soundproof. We can hear others guests conversation, when they left their room, even their footsteps.- Bed, linens and pillows - it’s goodOverall, i would not recommend this hotel for its price. If you can get it for 2500 or less per night, it’s worth recommending.read more

Second time staying at Zuzuni and we’re very happy to have chosen this boutique hotel again 🥰 location is just the perfect spot between station 1 and 2 and right at the shore. It’s a minimalistic hotel, which we very much preferred and the staff were the loveliest! In the AM, Margie served us delicious breakfast with the sweetest smile and in the PM, Val served us tasty margaritas the most charming way. The noise from the next door hotel was loud at night but not too bad. Definitely getting the same room here the 3rd time we visit!read more
