Villa Caemilla was a wonderful hotel. The beach area in front was perfect. Not too many people and not too far from where the busy shops are. Room was nice and big, and accommodates beachgoers rather well. I would definitely return to Villa Caemilla Hotel next time I go to Boracay.read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hands down they treat you like royalty 24/7!!! And the FOOD IS OMG AMAZING!!! This is definitely worth the walk from the central station areas. Everything was amazing except a receptionist guy, he confirm me 2 time that transportation to the airport was 9 am on the morning but on the end was 10 30 am and I knew it only after my check out time 9 am ..wait for 1 hour and 30 minuts with luggage ready.The service of the hotel was fenomenal,the housekeeping was amazing ,but the guy on the reception,he need to be more focus on what he tell the guest .read more

CONS: All the way in the back near the dumpster. Come on! I had to walk up three flights of steep stairs. Staff is not accommodating. For $20 more you can get the ground floor room which is twice the size. Omg!! They do their thing and forget you. It’s not a boutique hotel. Give me your money and go. It’s commercialized. Paid about $300 USD for a suite above the restaurant and bar with a balcony and ocean views. The room itself is maybe a little dated (carpet is tired) but overall very comfortable and really how much time do you want to spend in your room?The beach directly outside was spotless (February 2020) and will entertain for hours.Breakfast is quite good, good portions and prepared well, coffees and lattes are excellent--better than I've found in most of Europe for sure. Staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly.I can't go give stars on the rating because the room itself (again, one of the suites) was probably due for some improvements but I had a great time here and would definitely stay again.read more

Hotel is set in station 3 of Boracay, which is the most quiet out of the 3 stations. Service is excellent and the room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The only issues was the air conditioning in the room would shut off whenever a brownout occurred and had to manually reset it again to turn on. Brownouts were not many but resetting the air conditioning can be a nuisance. Also to get to the hotel, you will need to walk a few minutes off to a beaten path as vehicles can not fit through this street. Other than these minor issues, our stay was pleasant and had a relaxing time in Boracay.read more

Can’t praise this place enough. The location at Station 3 is fantastic because you are still a walking distance from all the hotspots but far enough to feel like you have a beach for yourself. The entrance to the ocean, or just the view from the terrace restaurant, are worth more than words can sometimes describe. The rooms are spacious, cosy, and clean, and you even get their branded tumblr upon arrival. 🤗And the best part? The personnel. So kind and loving that ever morning you just looking forward to get spoiled by them. The food is awesome (chicken burger and chicken wrap are top notch) and they serve one of the best coffees (Illy) in the island.Big thank you to Mitch, Paul, Marjohn, Greta, Wes, and everyone whose name I can’t remember. We stayed at this beachfront resort years ago. I’m going through my photos and came across these pictures. I still remember the fun times we had when we stayed at this resort. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food is really good especially the breakfast. There are a few restaurants down the road but we chose to eat our breakfast at the resort’s restaurant. The resort is also located almost at the very end of Station 3 so there’s not a lot of human traffic. It’s very quiet, perfect for families with small children. Not a lot of vendors as well.read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed. The staff is extremely friendly and hard working, the rooms are big with comfy beds and great AC. Loved this hotel. If you want peace and quiet and class stay here. Its not loud and cheap like the hotels at Station 2. Its almost at the end of Station 3 strip and super love the location. Beach front was also clean and peaceful.. yes you can enjoy the beach undisturbed, definitely not like Station 2 crowd. Service was also impeccable. Look, I did not stay here okay? I just happen to dine here back in April 2022 and just wanted to say I've never tried another burger as delicious as the burger I had here. A bit burnt on the flame grilled patty that gives it the crunch and a simple combination of tomato, lettuce, and I forgot what sauce- oh, I don't know how they made a simple burger taste so delicious/delightful and it wasn't a messy eat contrary to the messy burgers gaining popularity these days. The room was immaculate and just the right size, while the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped with all the essentials one could need. We normally stay in Station 1 but this time, we were looking for a cheaper alternative so we have to look for a hotel in Station 3. Station 1 has a longer beach area than station 3. I am glad we found this hotel. Everything was nice. Their bed was very comfortable and it is quiet there. No bars nearby playing loud music. The staff are very helpful and do their job well. Our booking with them did not include breakfast but their lobby has a restaurant. We had a wonderful 7 days stay in this hotel. We ordered to be picked up from Caticlan to and from. The cost was quite expensive. But it is still possible to do it on your own.read more

Villa Caemilla is a gem in Boracay. Our family of six stayed here and enough cannot be said about the excellence the staff bring to this boutique hotel. Right on the beach, the rooms are nicely designed and AC worked fabulously! No bugs of any sort and SUPER CLEAN. Very detailed touches from snacks and beverage availability in room and complimentary coffee, tea and water. I loved the cookies left on the bed each evening and the going away keepsakes were perfect! Staff from the bartender to massage therapists, EVERYONE WAS A DELIGHT TO INTERACT WITH. RAZEL AND CALOY made us feel at home and were among the best staff with great hospitality. EVERYONE we encountered was professional and made us feel so welcomed. The chef prepared a custom meal for us on our last night there. We ordered what was needed a day in advance so they could obtain the ingredients at the market. VERY REASONABLY PRICED! The Villa Caemilla is a beautiful facility with awonderful staff, quality rooms, delicious food, and a great view. It is located just to the South of the main party area so it is quiet but easily a easy 5-8 minute walk to the shopping and nightlife scene. Immediately upon check in the friendly staff is waiting with a cool beverage to relax you and put you in "beach mode". The greeting drink was a delicious honey, lemon, and ginger beverage with a nice cold towel to cool you off. After check in the staff was Immediately ready to take my bags to my room and escorted me to my room and did a courtesy room inspection. The daily room service and evening turn down service also ensured the in room amenities were well stocked.At the hotel dining area every seat has a view of the beach. Unfortunately, during several days of my stay it was a bit windy so they had to have the wind screens up. The hotel doesn't have any say in the weather but the view was still amazing. There are also plenty of delicious food and drink items on the menu to meet almost every want.I also booked an in-room signature massage. The massage therapist was very friendly and very effective. They also offer massages in the massage room if preferred.Overall my stay at Villa Caemilla made my beach vacation feel like a second home. The whole staff was excellent. However, Razel at the bar was extremely friendly friendly and makes an awesome cappuccino.read more

The location and the staff are the two best things about Villa Caemilla. Located in Station 3 right on White Beach, it’s on the less busy and crowded part of the beach. Is still walkable to the other two stations though. We stayed in a suite right in the front of the hotel and our view of the beach was outstanding! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful every day at all times of the day. We were able to book several excursions with the help of the staff. The food was good and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Boracay!read more

I’ll update this review later on. But for now that I arrived here just a while ago, I already love it!I’ll give it more than 5⭐️.Especially for the value. I’d say you could definitely pay more for this.Update:Stayed here for 2 nights but I moved to Station 1 on the third day (I realized I generally prefer Station 1 among the 3. But as to the hotel standard and quality, I definitely love Villa Caemilla. It’s really quiet once you go back to your room and you can rest undisturbed by any noise.The only downside, but it’s definitely workable, they don’t have buffet breakfast like in other 4-star hotels. But as I’ve said, you can just as easily look for places to get your breakfast nearby.The hotel is towards the more quiet end of Station 3, and the beach is not as crowded as Station 2. So you can still peacefully watch the sunset from there.This hotel will be my number 1 choice outside of Station 1 👍🏼read more

Nice hotel, quiet location, and very friendly staff.The hotel is right on the beach, but not in a busy area so it's not noisy or crowded. The rooms are nice and have very comfortable beds. I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms and slept well throughout our stay.We had a few minor inconveniences with the restaurant, but there are plenty of other options nearby so we just went to those instead. One change that would be nice is if the smoking area was not inside the restaurant, which you have to pass through on your way to your room.read more

We had an incredible stay at Villa Caemilla! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is amazing - right on the beach, and in quieter Station 3 so the beach wasn't as crowded. We loved swimming in the beautiful water just steps away from the hotel and then heading back to the lobby to enjoy the view while having a meal or a drink. The food was delicious and the restaurant service was quick. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the best stays I had in Boracay Island. The hotel has excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well kept. The beach front is a gem. The area is not as busy as in other stations, so I was able to enjoy and lounge by the beach, sip cocktails, eat local/fusion cuisine, and just relax all day. We had an amazing stay here. It's the perfect location right on the beach and in a quiet location only 15min walk away from the loud crazyness of station 2 if your into that. A really great place for families with small children all the staff was really welcoming and helpful. Also very clean. We will be staying here again.read more

It is on a very good location as it is walkable to the shopping district but in a very quiet area. We almost felt like having a private beach right in front of us. The beach is beautiful and very clean.The staffs are ALWAYS available and super kind for any inquiries you may have. We were deeply impressed how much smile and professionalism they have at the same time.The beach restaurant offers wide range of delicious foods. We visited some recommended local restaurants but found out that the hotel food is better and sometimes even cheaper. The choice of music and the good singers every evenings are another point what we liked.Room (facility) isn’t as impressive as other aspects. Nonetheless, we didn’t do much in the room except for shower, sleeping. The house keeping cleaned the room well but we had ants here and there. Also the water pressure is on the weak side but I think it is similar in other places in Boracay.My verdict;pick this place ifyou like beautiful and quiet beach.you value service over the facility.you like convenience of enjoying every meals at beach bar.don’t pick this place ifyou need high-end facility over anything else.read more

This was my second time at the Villa Camilla Hotel and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is absolutely 5 star, as are the rooms and everything else. It kept very personal and the staff remember you and know already the next day what you want to drink, where you are sitting etc. Just great. We are German/Dutch and have a very high standard. Anyone who values a luxurious hotel has come to the right place. Station 3 is very clean and the beach is right in front of the door. No boats and very clean water and not that much people.read more

A very lovely 3 night stay at Villa Caemilla! The staff is very warm, welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Location is a quiet section of beachfront in Station 3, so convenient and walkable! Rooms are clean, maybe not the most modern but well maintained and honestly staff and location make up for it. It is very reasonably priced for the quality of the experience. Our first stay was in July 2022 and we loved it so much that we returned in July 2024. We are currently enjoying the new sunbathing furniture in front of the beach.
