Good hotel the minus is that beach feel up with boat so have to go like 200 meter from hotel to swim hot and cold water good and close to activ nightlife

Affordable with friendly staff. The room is simple and clean. The beach front is amazing! If you are in Boracay to relax and escape from noise this resort is at the perfect spot.

ProsSituated at station 3, best landmark to remember by the highway are the Budget Mart and the  talipapa, Hotel is conveniently located by the beach front.From the highway a walking distance to Station X.Near a 7/11 store. Budget hotel, affordability 👍👍 mostly families stay here.A lot of trash bins and faucets to wash your feet. ConsAlmost at the end of station 3. Be prepared to walk going to the hotel from the highway.The road tends to get flooded and muddy. A little limited to places you can eat (based on affordability) Rooms are outdated. Not so good air-conditioning and water supply.No complimentary toiletries. Some rooms do not have TV set.read more

Friendly staff.& owner is very nice. For those who complained about broken things and outdated. Well, You get what you paid for. We’re here for a short time and it’s the experience we are chasing not the sleep palace sleep 🛏.Besides. It’s better than other place. Unless you want to pay for your extra to complain about. It’s closer to the beach 🏝. You don’t have to travel far. The sun rises and set. You don’t have to walk far.read more

Great place. Strategically located at station 3 beach front. It has a veranda facing the beach. Fairly designed rooms.

Good value for the price, and nice staff right on the beach. The room was big and nice but Not the cleanest. They charge us more for hot water machine.

We got the room for a sale price at 8100 for 4 pax, 3 nights. But the cheap find was not really worth it. Theres no tv or fridge. The only free toiletries are the 2 rolls of tissue paper! The network has almost no service inside our room, and the wifi is useless since its signal is weak. No free drinking water. They also sell their hot drinking water for 10Php a glass! The only advantage of this hotel is it's close to the beach.read more
