Would give 5 stars if the WiFi was not so bad in the rooms, otherwise wish I could give 4 1/2 stars. Other than that issue, everything else was excellent during our stay. The service is by far awesome. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The food and drink is a bit pricey but very good. They take care of the beach area and pool area very well. Great place to bring kids and family.read more

Our stay here has been fabulous. The service is top notch... everyone is willing to help as best they can. Our airline lost our baggage on our trip over and the conceirge was genuinely concerned for us and provided daily updates even without us asking. We booked room 301 which is a premier room and had a gorgeous view of the ocean from our patio and hot tub. Room service comes 2x a day to provide general maintenance and turn down service. They also provided us with little snacks to make our stay extra special. As Boracay is getting overly commercialized, Discovery shores has maintained a consistent look and feel over the years. I can not help but fully recommend them for your next vacation here.read more

Only reviewing the spa:Booked the 3 hour “Terra Journey” treatment with Ella and was very satisfied. Includes your choice of 3 hour-long treatments. Was worth every penny. Extremely professional and clean.read more

an expensive hotel to stay, hence better rooms. but if you are not part of their guests, you are given the timeshare shakedown for free food. did not like that one bit. 🙁 same thing happened to me in vegas. they gave us something so simple like free lunch only to take our time away from just enjoying the beach to force you to take their time share. so if you are not staying here, don't even walk near their nice doors.but good things:staff were helpfulfood was goodplace was cleanno flies on food!!!!!!!!near the beachwashroom is clean and moderndecor is white and pleasing to the eyeswimming poolread more

I want to give you feedback for a bad service. My friend ordered 45 minutes ago. Followed up 3 times only to find out that the order wasn't ready nor given to the kitchen staff. We ordered drinks for the happy hour and gave us 2 incorrect bill. We don't expect this service given that you are a 5-star hotel and resort. Bad experience 😞read more
