After you check in. Better check everything in the room. If something broken or NG, they'll extra charge money. Be careful!

Never again! Pictures in the internet are a lot better than in real life! We checked out on the same hour we checked in! The elevator was hotter than the oven! The location was terrible because the alley way to the sea is unpleasant and far. There were also no food available because the kitchen staff was absent. Unbelievable! It shouldn't even be called resort or a hotel. We then transfered to Estacio Uno, which we were also very thankful it is as beautiful as expected. read more
