The staff here unfortunately does not understand English... and being that Boracay is a world renowned beach... that's a must nowadays. Our food order came wrong multiple times, there are ingredients in the food that aren't disclosed on the menu. And when I started asking (after our appetizer came with lots of extras that weren't disclosed and we didn't want), the waitress said "The ingredients are on the menu", which was not true and we found out when we ordered our entrees. Every time we wanted something we had to call her over from across the restaurant because she never visited our table, and we were even the only ones eating in the restaurant. read more

Only have been at the restaurant. But I love it. Best pizza I ate at Boracay. And affordable. Only 350 pesos a pizza good for two. Also the place is very pleasant. Just on the beach sand 😍😍 definitely I recommendread more

The Philippines is in many areas under construction. There are beautiful areas mixed with construction and poverty. This is one of those. We had a nice bungalow that happened to have a bar and eatery. The people we met were always kind and helpful. My wife being Filipino helps in communications as many have english as a second language they are shy to speak. All said like anywhere you travel be a where.read more

While nice enough, we also spent quite a premium vs the other hotels in the area. Looking around, I'm not sure the extra price was totally worth it, but the staff was friendly and the view was great.

The hotel staffs are super friendly and accomodating. Their breakfast buffet is Filipino and western inspired. It is simple and tastes good. Compared with other nearby restaurants, the price of their other food and alcohol drinks are affordable. The resort is beachfront and located at station 3.. it is not that crowded. I will highly recommend for those who are looking for affordable accomodation with a swimming pool and located at the beachfront in boracay.read more

As a couple we stayed here for 7 nights over the Christmas holidays.The room was the executive suite which surpassed our expectations! Very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. The bed was so comfy. The view was exceptional for sunsets! The private balcony looked straight onto the beach front. This gave an extra special feel of island life. The location is ideal - slightly out of the busy and loud areas but easily within a few minutes walking distance for when you want to party. The icing on the cake for us was the staff. The friendliest and most accommodating people we have ever met. I would thoroughly recommend allowing the hotel to arrange your transfers, we got private boat and taxi end to end for pretty much the same price as the shared ones. It made you feel like a king - walking past all the other people queuing and sweating in the heat! 😁 Cannot recommend this place enough. We had a fantastic time thank you to all the staff who made our trip so special.read more

Had an outstanding stay here. It's really in the perfect location. Nearby the nightlife but not too close to be noisy, right beside the beach, and also nearby the main street for rides nearby. The service was speedy and professional, offering everything you would expect of a hotel like this. The room was good but the view was simply amazing. Right beside the beach.read more

This little hotel resort has the biggest heart. From check in to check out, our families experience was more than exemplary. Other than hotel amenities, staff makes or breaks a hotel. The staff makes this one THE best. Very polite, helpful, patient, dressed neatly and professionally. They were great with our kids and treated them like family. If your looking for a quite and clean hotel without the hustle and bustle of drunk beach goers then this is the place. But if you are they just a few buildings away. THIS HOTEL IS A 4 star HOTEL FOR ITS ROOM BUT CAN BE CONSIDERED A 5 STAR HOTEL FOR IT'S STAFF AND AMENITIES. We really enjoyed staying here because of the cordial staff and very kind manager. They even let us upgrade our rooms with their most expensive ones and with ocean view and balcony. The check out is 12 pm but they let us stay on our room until 2 pm because we had our return flight at 5 pm. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and we ate here also for dinner and lunch because the price range of food is normal but the taste is excellent.read more

My husband and I booked a 3 days and 2 nights deluxe suite last 24/Aug/23, but was upgraded to an ocean view suite with the same price. We are thankful with the upgrade. Staff were so accommodating and polite. They will greet you with good morning, afternoon or evenings every time they meet you with a smile. Room was spacious and so clean. The review ratings is real!Thank your Manager Sir Carlo for upgrading my Parents room from Deluxe to Presidential suite with Ocean View. They are highly satisfied with their Boracay 2024 vacation.STAFF and SERVICE. Very accommodating and pays attention to details. I requested a lower level room for my parents and they have check them in on the first floor beside the pool area. They loved it. But was moved to with an ocean view on their 3rd day, it is quite an upgrade and an experience too. They were highly satisfied with their stay.ROOM and FACILITY. This is beachfront, right when you go out the front the white beach will welcome you; while you eat your breakfast and my mother sent me a video of locals dancing and entertaining you while eating. They have an indoor pool. The room amenities is at it is in Deluxe (they have not sent me a picture of it, but we did a video call tour). It is quite spacious that two beds can fit four people.The Presidential Suite was a luxury, see uploaded images. Fully equipped as the name implies; large bed, in suite living area, large bath tub has walk in shower and the balcony with ocean view is exclusively to themselves. You can throw in a night party there, it is huge to host a small-how-to-waste a night. Ow, did I mention how lovely the sunset view from there?LOCATION. It is between Station 2 and 3. Accessible to crowd, activities, food and fun. There is a wide alley beside the hotel where some of the vehicles can pass by. The view of beachfront is stunning as always.read more

Our boracay trip was 100% HASSLE FREE because of the excellent service provided to us by Mr. Carlo Borlongan, Ms. Jessa Lou Capundan and their entire team!!!!!🥺🙏🏻❤️This is not our first time going to Boracay but we really enjoyed our stay this time. We enjoyed the Sands Bar!Ang sarap ng cocktail drinks nila and ung pika pika boat something 😍😍😍They provided us service the moment we landed until we reach the hotel. Sobrang walang hassle and mababait talaga lahat ng tao nila. Well coordinated!Even nung nag activities kami wala din hassle kasi beach front lang very accessible ❤️❤️11 out of 10 stars!!!!!This hotel deserves it!!!!😊Thank you Boracay Sands Team for your service!We will surely go back and recommend you!!❤️❤️read more
