hotel is a 5min walk to the beach (station 2). buffet in hotel restaurant is good, staff are accommodating.cabana room has a huge bed and a hammock and couch in the balcony but no coffee table if you wanna have coffee outside of your room or someplace to put your laptop on. wifi signal is not too stable though. swimming pool is nice with jacuzzi (i donno how it's called) and a nice garden surrounding it.read more

The hotel is not beachfront but it has all the amenities you need. It is about 5 mins walk to the beach. It has a bean-shaped pool. Also the buffet breakfast is great, way much better than the dinner buffet in La Carmela de Boracay.read more

Get to spend one nigt here in a work related matter. Rooms are ok, though it can still improve in the way they arrange beds for multiple guests. They have spacious restrooms though (at least for the room that we occupied). Staff are very helpful; they assisted our hotel transfers and transfer to the port eventhough we get to transfer hotel because of disorganized room assignments by the event organizers.read more

Retrain your staff to be more friendly, caring and accommodating. It seems to me that this property care about revenue more than providing customer service. You care about getting money from your guests rather than making them happy and satisfied! Although, I would like to commend a couple of HK staff who were friendly and helpful when I asked about the e-mall. Other than that, Front Office and Breakfast people need to hone their customer service skills. I love Best Western Hotels but this is the worst I've stayed. I stayed in Makati, Subic, Calgary, Airdie, Edmonton, Niagara Falls, Radium, etc... I've been to lots but you guys are really the most awful Best Western I've stayed at. So sorry for writing this bad feedback and I know how this would affect your rating, but please do something about your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!read more
