Hotel room was huge for 2 people. Daily breakfast buffet was great. Station 1 location means you enjoy a crowd-free private beachfront if you like it that way. Shore was spacious enough to enjoy even on high tides, and security was commendable.read more

Overall my experience was good during my 4 nights in the Presidential suite, but im taking away 2 stars for the following:- The lights in our room at one evening did not work, and it took some time to get it working again.- While I paid the full amount for airport pickup and drop off, they're own boat was out of order, and the one they facilitated was much lower than the standard out there.read more

We stayed at the Ambassador 1 week after a cyclone hit. Much like the rest of Boracay they are still undertaking building works- that is just part of the improvement of a hotel and all things considering it did not impact our stay. We really enjoyed our time at The Ambassador. The location is sensational. The room ( 711) we stayed in was beautiful! The highlight of the Ambassador was the fantastic staff- they were so friendly and wonderful with our kids. Thank You Wander and all the other team members for being so kind and upbeat. The restaurant was terrific as well and my kids really enjoyed pancakes every morning! Thanks for a great stay!read more

Food was great however pricey considering that you are in the RP. Beautiful views solid security and some of the best accommodations to be had on Boracay. The beach so close you could hear waves crashing from your room. Beautiful views at sunsets especially. Customer service was pleasant from security and wait staff. The only issue for me was with the reservation dept, as there was little to no assistance for a issue that we encountered.read more

a well thought of hotel, the layout, the rooms, the manicured coconut trees, the ambience music.get rooms 111-117 for the best sea view, where you can enjoy the famed boracay sunset from your room balcony. heck, the room i got has the best toilet view in the world!!!.the hotel is a bit old but well maintained. it can get some upgrade like a bidet, a hot and cold shower, better room lights and lamps, and a less dated pool light. but i really have no complaint.the food is pricey but considerable given the place.read more

The resort has its own transport services from the jetty port to the hotel. Their room is huge! So is their bathroom. Out the balcony we see the pool and the beach. The resort itself looks beautiful day and night. The shore in front is quiet. Their staff looks clean and are nice. Most especially their food! So good! Would recommend their seafood. Their chefs are skillful.read more

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff was incredibly helpful from the port to boat men, baggers all the way to the resort was smooth and all the the staffs of Ambassador in Paradise you guys are awesome you actually made our holiday Wonderful! If I can give this resort a negative rating then I would. Experienced the poorest customer service here that ruined our vacation, if you plan to stay here, just book a different hotel or better yet book an Airbnb instead.Here are the five reasons why you shouldn’t book your stay here:1. They will not inform you of future events that might trickle your stay or disturb you. They had a wedding event and only informed us a day before the wedding instead of informing us ahead of time so that we can plan our itinerary and be out instead of being trapped inside of the hotel room in duration of the event because the pool and the access to the beach was blocked by the event they were having.2. Phillippe, the Manager, I don’t even know how he became the manager, he cannot even talk to the guests properly and has a poor customer service skills, even had the gusts to blame us for all the hassle we have experienced in our stay, even suggested to let the kids aged 5 and 6yo swim in the pool at 6:45 pm as if they have a heated pool? Gave us a fruit platter from the free breakfast as compensation. Favors the guests who paid more. Didn’t even get an apology from them. Even has the guts to tell us to report them to the LGU the moment we complained about the noise from the after party of the event they had that disturbed our sleep.3. Slow wifi, stiff beds, thin pillows, the toilets won’t flush properly, the doors are always jammed halfway, and sooo many mosquitoes and bed bugs, my son was being bitten by bed bugs the whole 5 days we stayed there.4. The breakfast buffet was the worst I’ve had in my life, food at the carinderia was waaaay better! Few choices for a five star hotel. SERVES ONE FLAVOR OF POWDERED JUICE ONLY!5. Didn’t even offer a late check out notice as a compensation for the day they ruined our stay but charges 1k every hour for early check in.I don’t know why this resort is rated 5 star when in fact 3 star hotels, Airbnbs, and lodging are way better than them.DON’T LET THIS RESORT SCAM YOU!read more

From port to the resort back and fort hassle free. Quick and easy.They have private speed boat and Van additional cost is worth it. Excellent service from the port to speed boat to front office- refreshment drinks as soon as you arrives and they are welcoming you with the beautiful necklace. Room attendant-Rey is fantastic, from front office to restaurant-Complimentary breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Good food great staff.read more

Our stay was very nice, thanks to all the staff there, the room was very clean, a small balcony to rest. A very nice pool outside. It is only a few steps to the beach. Dinner was fantastically delicious. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work for us, but when we asked at checkout, they said it was now repaired. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was good too. Especially worth mentioning is the transfer to or from the hotel, for 1200 pesos per person you will be driven directly from the hotel to the airport with the air-conditioned van and a private speedboat and picked up again by an air-conditioned van on arrival at the island. This is a very good service that I can highly recommend to everyone. In addition, the reception at the hotel was very warm, and there was a welcome drink and an ice-cold towel to freshen up. All in all very recommendable. Especially the place was relatively quiet.read more

Not too far away from D mall, the main outdoor shopping district. The service and staff are AMAZING however the rooms are not that great. The rooms are tiled and are a little dirty (sticks to your feet as you walk). The sink basin is stained and our chaise lounges were ripped. The gym is very basic and needs more ventilation. They have an AMAZING restaurant with candles and beach view, great staff that go above and beyond for guests and overall just a really happy environment to be in.read more

Loved this hotel! The location on the beach is perfect, along with the service. We especially loved the Bartendar Vic.I also enjoyed the beach chaises in front of the beach and how they are looked after by security. The food at restaurant is better than most in Phils. Located in Station 1 the hotel is nice and quiet, but you still get to enjoy a walk towards the more bustling Station 2 & 3.I'd say the only con is that the rooms are quite small, but otherwise big bathrooms and one of the few places in Philippines with actual hot water.read more

I would like to say thankyou for a great week in Boracay. The rooms where large and bath rooms even larger. Pool was clean and restaurant and breakfast always brought out delicious food. It is a shame that this resort is stationed so far away from Dmall but what you gain is a much more tranquil holiday. Definitely stay there again when I get a chance to go back to Boracay. This hotel definitely have the biggest comfort room ever built in a hotel. You can put a single bed inside and not get wet when you shower. Lol.Kidding aside, the hospitality is legendary. The staff from reception to housekeeping and the people serving the restaurant are all great. I hope to be back here. Plus the beachfront is the best there is. Station 1. Awesome hotel!read more

Really literally felt like an ambassador in paradise here. Stayed in the honeymoon suite 751, and the view from our balcony was absolutely mesmerising - we could see the beautiful blue sky, sweeping ocean views with coconut trees and the hotel pool. LOVED IT! 😍Had a dinner experience by the beach in front of the live band as well, and it was a blast for my family and team. The main course was really delicious - loved the salmon and the tenderloin, even the sides were fantastic as the asparagus was so juicy and sweet, and the brown sauce made it so hearty and reminiscent of the classic Filipino sauce. Dessert - New York cheesecake was light and yummy too. I preferred this to the usual dense cheesecake. Also enjoyed their ambassador pizza and hawaiian pizza, they were great for chilling by the beach.The white sandy beach next to the resort was stunning. The sand was so fine, def one of the world's best sand! The kiddos had tons of fun playing at the beach, and the waves were gentle for our babies.Thank you for the great hospitality and the amazing stay, we had so much fun and awesome memories! 🥰read more

Absolutely beautiful place, we cannot fault it. The service is outstanding, the entertainment is great, the food is yummy, the rooms and amenities left us wanting for nothing. The location was great for us as well, nice quiet end of the beach which was perfect for us and our 2 year old. They had sand toys for our child to play with and the staff were all very doting on her. When we come back to Boracay we will always stay here. Thank you for a beautiful and relaxing stay!read more

I am in love with this place. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is amazing but most of all the staff are so lovely and friendly. I was travelling alone but I never felt alone, they all welcomed me as a friend which was very heart warming.
