I expected more from this place. This hotel seems to be preferred by Chinese travellers. From a western perspective that was sometimes a bit noisy and behaviour seemed rude. That is nothing i hold against the hotel itself, but explains a bit the rough experience. I'm aware the restaurant is outsourced. They should find a new company which operates it! Food was pretty bad. That is clearly visible every lunch time when the crowds take the shiitake l shuttle bus to D-Mall just to escape the food there. The service however is very attentive add spot on! Especially "Alex" always went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The room was large, had an internal staircase tho reach the sleeping quarters whereas below we had a huge sofa and small kitchen. The room desperately asks for a makeover! The flowers on our balcony(see photo) tell a story how much Ashton attention the managers pay to detail.The infinity pool is nice if seen from the right angle.Be aware that the hotel is a bit outside and away from the main drag. A tricycle ride could cost roughly 250 pesos to D-Mall depending on your negotiation skills.read more

quite,,away from busy white beach,nice view infinity pool,big rooms,but far from malls and shops and beach.but theres a shuttle going there.
