Welcome to Havana Kiteboarding Club!

Havana Kiteboarding Club was created in the middle of 2012. It was the result of the compilation of ideas from a group of local kiters, who met in the same Havana Kite spots during rushing wind days. The Club was successful among Cuban and foreign amateurs, who, in addition to practice this sport, took advantage of the culture and parties of this lovely place. Every year kitesurf and surf practitioners gather to share emotions and different stories. Nowadays, the Havana Kiteboarding Club is opening schools all over Cuba. Kite & Surf schools have been opened in Havana specifically in Playas del Este, in Tarará Spot where the first Cuba´s Kite Village is located only 15 minutes from the Historic Centre of Old Havana. Other schools branches are in Cayo Guillermo, island situated in the middle of the North coast of Cuba, Guardalavaca, Holguin in the north-east part of Cuba and Cayo Largo, island in the south coast of Cuba.

We offer Kitesurf IKO courses and PASA surf courses (only in Havana School) and Stand Up Paddle (SUP) for those interested in learning or improving their skills in one of the most beautiful and adrenaline sports worldwide.

A HAVANA (PLAYAS DEL ESTE): Offer about 9 km of sandy coastline and turquoise sea to suit all levels and disciplines: Kite, Surf & SUP. The KITEVILLAGE CUBA Tarara in Playa del Este is the ideal kitesurfing base to combine a relax surf and kite holiday with the cuban culture.
