The best beach-front resort of Station 3 for quality/price. It will change name on 1st January, due to new management. We still hope it will remain the great comfortable place it has been in these years. Located in a great quiet section of Station 3. Easy walk to everything. Has some water front rooms. Basic fast breakfasts. WiFi in most rooms and common areas. Good cold Air Conditioning. Hot showers. Clean rooms. Good value for a problem free stay on an amazing clear beach right out front.read more

Just buy door to door transportation it would be 600 pesos per person for transportation. Do not book through the on-line booking service. Located in the quiter station 3.For the most part our room was very nice. Shower worked well and bed was very comfortable.I'd say that whenever last remodel was done someone scrimmped on the window/wall mounted air conditioner because although it blew cool air it was very loud and right next to the head of the bed. Turning it off for quietness resulted in instantaneous profuse sweating. Other than that I would definitely recommend.read more

Normal average place. Great location.Just basic hotel services not provided.They don’t have shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Sometimes they do not clean the room everyday.

Clean and airy, not overcrowded like many of the Station 3 resorts. It offers better quality and comfort compared to other places within the same price range. It has been renovated in recent years, and it's a pity that most of the photos found online are old / pre-renovation. These days, Marzon has a more modern, upscale, minimalist aesthetic.Amenities are basic but sufficient and comfortable - maybe even moderately luxurious (e.g., the larger rooms are like loft apartments with full kitchens). Spacious rooms, cozy beds. AC. Large telly with cable. Hot/cold shower, rain shower head. I love how the bathroom has a back door that leads to a private "outdoor" space (tiled and walled but open to the sky) where you can hang your wet swimwear right after you've taken it off.Towels, soap and shampoo provided. Complimentary breakfast served in your room.The wi-fi is strong and stable, great for remote work or online meetings (yep, I tried it). There's a table and seating inside the room as well as outside.The resort is situated in the far end of Station 3, where it's much quieter and cleaner. It's far away from the hawkers and the party-goers and the noisy families with screaming kids. There are also less vendors and less people pushing water activities in these parts. There are nice restos and bars nearby, but none of the obnoxiously loud music. On the downside, you'd need to take a very long walk if you feel like sampling the establishments of Station 1 or 2.The staff are very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. They let us check in without prior reservations (since we transferred from another resort) and they made sure our needs were met. They also have a porter, so you won't have to lug your baggage through the beach.I loved this place. Will likely come back.read more

This is my second time in Marzons. The best place for my family. We had full ocean view. We can see beach from our glass door. Fully recommended.

A very nice place to stay. The room with bay window that have a beutiful scenery. Easy access to the beach especially when it is high tide. Over all we loved the place and closer to nature.

They are a total scam, booked an ocean view room. There is no ocean view room. Noisy airconditioning, the front desk was giving me a downgraded room because the room I booked was not ready.

You can't beat rooms that open up to views of the beach. This place was fantastic! The AC worked well and the staff was very accommodating. There was hot water in the shower and the place was very clean.My only con is that it is not near any of the major roads so if you have heavy luggage, I suggest you pay for a porter or be ready to carry your bags. Bc the road is mostly sand which makes it difficult to roll.Honestly not too bad all things considered.read more

Rooms are satisfactory but the bathroom is very good. Water is not salty, it has heater and the ac is very cold. The location is in station 3 but we prefer to stay in that area anyway-away from the tourists, but everything is walkable in Boracay. Staff was friendly and accommodating.There’s a 24 hours bar next to it-but we didnt hear it much from our room.Downside- no blower, microwave, fridge and iron.read more

Very rude staff! They also advertised as a partial ocean view and the room has 0 view.The room got very hot and the bed not comfortable. Very basic with no services. I only stayed one night and asked for a late check-out because i had an evening flight. They said yes and then later charged me an excessive fee without my permission.Would NOT stay here again.read more

Booked their Premier Family room thru Agoda and received confirmation for three nights only to be told by the hotel three days after, that we have to move to a deluxe room instead of our original room. I told the hotel that we're not moving/downgrading our room and they never replied back.Here's my take on this, the Hotel has an agent or have booked a different guest on the dates and room that we're supposed to stay in.I contacted Agoda and received a call from them saying that the hotel overbooked and our booked/confirmed Premier Family room will be canceled.Both the Marzon and Agoda should confirm and verify all availabilities of all rooms.I used Klook to book another room at a different hotel.Agoda and Marzon, you have failed.read more

The beach is literally in front of your room. The amenities could be improved, though. They have hair dryer available, BUT only upon request. (The hair dryer given was salon-quality, though) Also, they only provide free shampoo and soap, no toothbrush or toothpaste included so you need to bring your own.read more

They are very strict about visitors. According to their rules, visitors are not allowed inside your room at all, and are not welcome on the property outside the hours of 8am-8pm, or else they have the right to charge you for an extra night of stay.read more
