Very poor service (does not explain hotel policies well and they talk loudly even there are guests around). Dirty pool. Shower not working properly (water is always hot). Overpriced “stain policy” and salty breakfast. It was my second time in Boracay and my hotel experience in The Sitio was from Casa Pilar. Really, there are more budget hotels around Boracay who can offer more relaxing and much better service.read more

I enjoyed my stay here recently. We had a room on the 4th floor and it was nice to have 2 beds and 4 pillows. The only problems we had were regarding the shower. The water pressure is very weak, especially when compared to other places we stayed during this trip. Another thing was there is little to no hot water.The location is great. Within walking distance of the beach, has a pool and it's open until 10-11pm and there is a cabana on the roof of the building for relaxing in the event you did not want to be by the beach or on the street level. The hotel was good for the price we paid. However if I wanted to stay in this exact area I would consider a couple other options before Sitio.read more

We're currently staying in this hotel and the amenities are excellent for the rates. The beach is a short 2 minute walk and the area is very quiet at night. Staff and management are very friendly and they allow early checkins as long as the room is vacant. read more

The lady in the reception area is very accomodating. We arrived early in the hotel and she allowed as to do an early check in. We got assigned to one of their Villas which I think its good for 6 people (we were 3 adults and 1 toddler). They serve good Filipino breakfast and their coffee is also good! Overall the Villas are okay and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Easy access to the main road and beach. There is a sari sari store near the place where you can buy water, soap etc and there is 7/11 along the road as well. The staffs are accomodating and it is also worth the price. Highly recommended!read more

We stayed there last December 2018 with the family. Good place for families wanting to have some good quality time for bonding and fellowship. You can avail of good discounts from online hotel and travel apps to get substantial discounts. Regular rates can be a bit pricey but with online booking discounts, you can save a lot.read more

The photos of the hotel as seen online indeed look much better than actual but still acceptable. On the first day, the heater was not working but I was impressed with how fast maintenance responded to our complaint and repaired it immediately. You need to walk at least 1 minute to reach the beach which is fine by me as it is away from all the noise and crowd. It is near to Willy's Rock which is one of the famous landmark in Boracay. But if you are for the booze, then it would be a long walk from the hotel to reach good bars. Some items needed to be known are that breakfast is delivered to rooms as room service, no buffet, so you need to order your breakfast the night before, you can however take breakfast on the rooftop as shown on our photo, internet wifi is only available at the lobby/reception and none in the rooms, rooms/towels will only be cleaned on demand during your stay and you will need mosquito repellent lotion.read more

Staff is really friendly and accomodating. The hotel is not beach front but it only takes 3 minutes to get to the beach (near the grotto).Has a well maintained pool and the rooms are cozy w/ basic amenities.read more

Great place to stay. Friendly, approachable, and very accommodating staff. Clean and quiet room where you can sleep peacefully, which you need after a tiring day at the beach. Value for money. The only recommendation is that they should update on the booking site that some of their amenities, e.g., pool area, are under renovation. So the guests don't expect much. The good thing is, they are close to the beach and the "Willys rock ( the groto)" so it wasn't much of a big deal. Also, they should probably update their location on Google map. As it directed us to the shore. Their location is the opposite of the road.read more
