4th time in Boracay, 1st time in Sea Wind. This place gave us a very good start of our Filipino trip. The resort is on Station 1, so the sand here is top notch and is much less crowded and quieter than Station 2.The resort is right on the beach, and the beachfront rooms are here, the garden rooms are across the road. We lived in the Deluxe Beachfront, and it is literally on the beach. The resort has a large "private beach" and seating area for you to play with. Boracay's Grotto is just 50 meters away, the location of the resort is really awesome. All the staff are well-trained and very welcoming. They are way too kind. Superb custom service. The breakfast is good, and with a lot of fruits to choose. After this hotel, we went to Lingganay, I can say, also as appearance goes, Lingganay slays, but your hotel is much better than Lingganay. Would I come back here: Yes, would I come back to Lingganay: Nope. The buffet dinner is mediocre. Plus it's even more expensive than some of the high-end beachfront hotels in Station 2. But as the price, I saw a lot of reviews complained about it...first of all it's a Resort, if they give you a "economic" price for food, I guess you will be hanging with another crowd that you don't wanna hang with when you are lying there enjoying your holidays. They never force you to eat there, if you think it's not worth it, simply go somewhere else, there are so many choices in Boracay. WIFI signal can be amplified a little more.I don't know about our room, cos we have hotwater, but my parents says their Standard Beachfront, the hotwater runs out very fast.By 《黑象》《边旅行边拯救世界》作者 CHAO发现世界 了解世界 改变世界微博:Superboy超公众号:Glimpse魔眼read more

My family stayed here this month June 2019. Excellent customer service from the time I was emailing them because I added transfer service and I had to clarify something. Front desk staff was very good especially the male staff who checked us in last June 2. Clean hotel. Larry John who was our server every morning for breakfast buffet went above and beyond. I believe this quaint hotel is also family owned by Filipinos so from a fellow Filipino kudos to Sea wind!read more

This is my third time in Boracay island, Sea wind facilities are one of the best. The staffs are nice and friendly. Rooms and breakfast buffet are top notch. We are enjoying our stay here. You don't feel you need to be constantly giving gratuities every service. From the time we landed at Caticlan airport, their staffs are there to greet and facilitate your transfers, no worries and no Hassle. Which is the very essence of a vacation! Thank you Sea Wind!read more

Our favourite place to stay at in Boracay! Super friendly staff, good service, good food, and very good location. The breakfast buffet is wonderful! I love their paper thin pancakes, almost like crepes.. the butter sauce for the pancake is to die for! Highly recommended place for lovers and especially families.read more

Overall the place is nice, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Great location on the white beach with picturesque sunsets.Building is not new so the rooms are bit dated but clean and spacious. Most of the plugs there are older type - not the type which can accommodate EU phone charger for example - unlike most plugs I've seen in Manila. Better bring the adapter. ;-)On the down side the "garden view" rooms are in different building which is across the busy main road. I was surprised to find this out as I didn't notice this stated anywhere. Also regarding the recent hurricane I therefore recommend booking rooms in the beach front building.read more

Good place, nice location. Theres just very hard to find places if you're not a guest of this specific resort. For outsider bed place is costing 1000pesos but it includes 1h massages. Hotel guests are reserving bed places for free by coming early and leaving their towels waisting on beds what is making it difficult for others to find place.read more

I haven't stayed in the resort just rent a beach lounge for a couple of days. It's a great location to chil and has beach lounges just by the beach which is rare now in Boracay. The wait staff are friendly and provide excellent the amenities look pretty decent. But the selling point is location. I would recommend as i may stay here on my next vacay. Oh yeah, the most important thing, they serve beer in an ice chilled mug, with ice as an option...boom! Sold!!!read more

Staying in Boracay for a month at a 2-star resort, with better rooms and restaurant than this place. The 4-star rating must come from the location, which is great! But don't expect too much from the facilities, they are old and worn.Hotel called and informed us that they moved us to another room than the one we booked the day before arrival due to handicapped guests arriving at the same time. Our room was dark and very run down, old type noisy window AC mounted on the wall with gaps around the edges.Breakfast buffet was included in the room rate, the breakfast was overall a good experience with a decent selection of domestic and international choices.Their restaurant offerings are so-so and in the higher price range, you'll get better mileage for your money other places.Location is great, station 1 with plenty of space and sunbeds. However, the quality of their sunbeds is lackluster, they are ready to be replaced. The bar is pricy, but their offerings of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are excellent. In the end, I would choose the other places along the beach for my future stays.read more

I am rating it a 1 because the buffet was too expensive for its taste. We paid almost 12 thousand pesos for 3 people yet we only had one serving of the main course because we didn't like the taste of the food. We didn't even touch the lasagna (too much veggies in it) and we barely touched the chicken (too dry). The only food I enjoyed was the roast beef.I will never go back.read more

Great smallish resort on a quiet part of station 1. It’s easy to kick back here, enjoy happy hour and the bar. The pool is close enough to the beach and not hidden in a garden. This seems to be one of the only resorts with beach chairs too. It has peaceful vibes without being boring or too remote. And the staff is SUPER attentive to every need!read more

Couldn't find a separate page for their restaurant. The food here is the textbook definition of bang average. We didn't stay in this hotel but were there for an event. I recommend their venue set-up and their location is really amazing, literally you will feel the "sea wind".We had dinner and the food was so-so. Nothing really special or outstanding. Their staff were not very friendly as well so it was quite difficult to approach them. The restroom from the event's location was also quite far and not PWD or seniors friendly.read more

The best place I have stayed in the Philippines, a welcoming family orientated low key , relaxed, friendly but attentive staff that made my second visit with my family the best Easter holiday I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE TIME.This is our second visit to Boracay and wont be our last, seawinds remembered us and put us in the same rooms (this is the level of customer service that I appreciate). My baby Daughter loved her crib .The food and drinks in the hotel were just what we were hoping for very tasty and served with generous sharing portions. Beer , cocktails and wine are available and served well.As we were 8 people ranging from 68 to 1 year old we couldn't have asked for a better location, during the day the beach was not to busy and not a huge amount of activity in either the sea or the pool. Then in the evening while watching the sun come down it was lively without feeling busy or crowded. The area slowed down by 8ish at night for a relaxed sleep for early risers.Easy journeys to dmall or the more lively areas of the island with staff helping to flag down transport and happy to recommend nearby places to eat and drink. My only negative would be the price per head that they offer to get you to and from the airport to the hotel I would feel that a family rate could be used for groups over 4 people .Great place to comeread more

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. The complex is divided into two pars. Unfortunately my room was in garden wing which is located on the other side of the road and quite far from beach. Rooms are not rustic but old fashioned and worn out. It’s nesesery to turn off AC for night because is very noisy.Water in swimming pool is not too clear. The price for this room is definitely too expensive. The real time for check-in is 13.00 and for check-out 11.00 (on Agoda is 12.00 for both).Positive things: Staff is very friendly, good breakfasts, available sun-beds.read more

I searched and researched for an affordable room in Station 1, since I’ve stayed there previously and realized that I prefer the place over Stations 2 and 3.I found Sea Wind among other available hotels in Agoda app, read the ratings and reviews, eventually decided to book it even if it’s quite expensive. Of course I was hoping to get my money’s worth.I was disappointed from the start as I was assigned a room at the garden wing, which turned out to be on the other side of the road from the beachfront. Which defeated the whole idea of getting a “beachfront” hotel. Also, I am not a fan of rustic vibes and wooden floors (especially creaking ones). But if you are into rustic vibes and foresty feels, maybe you’ ll love their rooms.read more
