Great customer service. Nice rooms and Good bathroom. The breakfast is pretty good but could be better. Service is excellent. No safe in the room though and the beds are on the harder side.

Cordial staff, they let us check in early since the rooms already available plus it was off peak. Love the buffet breakfast, minimal selections but each item of food was cooked right and tasted as it should be (pancakes are from scratch which we loved). They provide beach towels when you go to the beachfront which is just a few meters away.read more

The staff are really nice and accommodating. The property is clean and cozy, really well kept, plus it's beachfront!! Food is also good and reasonable. Will definitely go back! Highly recommended 🙂

Not the newest resort and standard no frills rooms but the location and service of the friendly staff more than make up for it. Best beach front location in station 1, nestled between The Ambassador and Sur and competitively priced. Would recommend getting the beach facing rooms with verandas either on the 2nd or 3rd floor. While rooms are basic, both bed room and bathroom have more than adequate space. Would definitely stay here again.read more

Free beachmat and WiFi. The best and cozy bar in this beach! Perfectly made mango juice, banana ice-cream, awesome grilled tuna and squid! Not so expencive prices. I recommend you this place.

Our go to place in Station 1. Always a nice place, good food, good ambience and friendly crew. Minus 1 star though this time for the wifi internet in the rooms it's really hard to connect and connection is really bad. I hope it's not always like that. So we have to always stay in their restaurant to connect to a better wifi. Somehow sometime it'll turn out to be fine, so you have to go out to enjoy your vacation and disconnect to work, well when you bring your work on vacations like we do. Always a joy to just sit and read books while drinking coffee in their beachfront restaurant with all the right amount of view, of the sun and the moon and of people passing by.read more

Quiet resort in Station 1. Love it's location and how accessible it is to the beachfront as well as the main road at the back. If you're looking for quiet and relaxation, away from the busy buzz if Station 2, can't recommend this enough.Accessible also to Barlo, Jonah's fruitshake in Station 1. Though if you want to go to the center of happenings in Station 2, better go by etrike.Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff service is great, attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet is simple and consistent good taste. Great value for money. Will definitely consider this resort again when we go back to Boracay.read more

I took my team there for dinner. Way over priced for the quality of the food we received. The flavor was good, but everything was over cooked. Chicken, shrimp, fish… All dry.

We just had our 4 days & 3 nights stay with breakfast. Booked last minute and we checked in early and out late without any extra charges. Value for money. All staff are accomodating and friendly. They even arranged our airport transfers. Spacious room for family, 2 queen size beds & a single bed. Huge toilet & bathroom with a place to hang wet clothes. Supplied with water dispenser, fridge,….Superb and quiet location (station 1). I will definitely refer this place to my friends and family.read more

Compared to Boracay visit 1987 the place is like another World. Residencia was therefore about what one would expect from a concrete jungle resort facing a beautiful beach - functional. Smiling staff all around but also mostly staff-in-training who have too much time on their hands and have not been trained to do some basics, such as to keep enough beers in the cooler ready to serve chilled instead of luke-warm nor, to empty ashtrays in the smoking area more than once a day.read more

Mineral in a gaĺlon was provided to avoid plastic for thw environment hot and cold shower. Room has separate drying room for wet clothes. My room quite near the beach front.

Obviously the location is what stands out because it’s right in the middle of station 1 but don’t expect much amenities from the hotel. It’s clean and has a restaurant in its beachfront. The room we stayed at the 3rd floor (main bldg is just 3 floors high so don’t expect an elevator). It’s a quaint hotel, no swimming pool (go and enjoy the swimming-pool-like beach instead), just a decent restaurant with basic food and drink offers and that beachfront chilling area.What I love about station 1 of course the long stretch of the shore (compared to other stations) so in the afternoon, the locals, they’d set up beach volleyball nets, football beach field and you can go watch or even play with everyone.read more

Small but very relaxing resort with gorgeous white sand beach and pristine water. Therecate a lot of local food, beverage and desert to choose from. The rooms are big with hot shower. You can also get a good massage on the beach. Prices are reasonable.read more

This was the first trip to Boracay where I brought the kids. It is right on the beach at station 1. The place is basic, but has everything you need without spending a fortune at bigger resorts. It is very quiet at this part of station 1, no loud music or parties. The staff are super accommodating. The grocery store and department store are a 5 minute walk. There is also a wash and dry place by the grocery that does all your laundry for an amazing price. One of the best breakfast and coffee places is just a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again. The kids had so much fun in the water. The rooms have AC and wifi. They have a generator in case the island loses power.read more
