Worst ever, dozens of people waiting at the front desk at 16:30, but none of their room is available. All under " cleaning" .We are just waiting and waiting

This Hotel Resort is very good but the wifi didn't work at the Diamond studios rooms even I moved to the second room. More over, the restaurant of this place is not a good choice for sure, I had a very bad experience at there for 2 times. The first time I wanted mash potatoes with beef steak, they gave me burn beef steak and German mash potatoes but I tried to told them 2 times that I prefer normal mash potatoes but finally they didn't give me what I explained. The second time is today on 30th July 2017 , I had lunch there , I ordered fried rice with vegetables, chicken, shrimp and then I saw that i needed extra cucumber like my favorite but the waitress who asked her manager and her manager said that I should go to the supermarket or the shop to buy cucumber by myself. What a silly manager and very bad mind to say that to the customer who bring money to them and makes their business better. That made me so mad and disappointed about that restaurant, the manager didn't do a good job and doesn't deserve that position for sure. I never come back that restaurant again for sure. Finally, they charged me much more expensive than what others customers would have paid because I gave them a good advice in person. I'm so disappointed about that, what a bad day .read more

The resort is very nice and clean, the beach is fantastic we had it all to ourselves for most of the time - other guests preferred the pools - which are both all one depth (up to my chin & i'm 6 foot tall) not good for non swimmers.Its a hilly area, lots of stairs & steep hills to the rooms and beach, probably not a good place for elderly or those with walking difficulties.The staff are polite and helpful, but the management of this place needs some serious work. We arrived to find our room not ready, no coffee or whitener, no hand towels, cups could have been cleaner & theres no phone to reception in the room. Wi-Fi was OK during the day - it seemed to drop out at night. The restaurant wasnt bad only ate dinner there one night - the rest down at the main beach area...which is accessed by shuttle bus which can be a bit or a wait, one time they didnt turn up.The resort is in a beautiful location...the staff great but management needs to lift its game...has the potential to be so much betterread more

Resort has a spacious room space and great view. However, not pleased with the customer service. - Wifi was down for all the 4 days of visit and they kept referring to the Mechanic team with no follow up. - Transport arrangements were poorly managed and they would always say that the car came and left as we were not there. This was the same case for the pick up at the ferry and the pick up at D Mall. - Do not expect much problem solving from the resort as the answers would be pretty standard regardless of your situations. read more

Horrible experience! A third party sent us an email 3 days before our flight saying "Lingganay Boracay Hotel Resort (4817003) has informed us they’re unable to accommodate your reservation as they will not be open due to an unforeseen event"Very likely due to lack of new regulation compliance. THEN this third party tortured us for 3 days on the phone to reimburse us. They insist on "helping" us to find another hotel at a much higher rate than I would've got myself. Although the previous reviews were decent this was my rough experience with them.read more

One or maybe the best and most beautiful room but far from the main beach of Boracay. I always prefer the ones at the beachfront where I enjoy the view everytime I go out.

The property is huge, clean and peaceful. We stayed at the diamond suite and I must say finding a room of that size in that tariff is next to impossible. Even bathrooms are size of a normal hotel room, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and very relaxing. Hotel boasts of a private beach, but beach is just ok and very small , nothing fancy. Pools are really nice, food at the restaurant was average, though Highly recommended for those who want to relax in peace.read more

Rooms ok your sort of secluded on corner of island but owner of resort old and rude seems he doesnt like kids. This place has small senic beach but with trash washed up not really useable for swimming and sun. Motel has sign by pool adults only so if you have kids dont come here managment says no kids under 5 in pool they all pi.. And shi. In pool his exact words. Cancellation 2 weeks before because of "overbooking" for stay from 10 to 20th april 2022. My indication that my room was offered now at a higher price didn't convince the hotel management nor agoda. Poor performance of the hotel. I had to organize another hotel for that time. Result: never book at an economic price at this hotel.read more

"I absolutely loved the remoteness of the resort. It offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The availability of a shuttle service made it incredibly convenient for us to reach any destination we desired. The architecture and design of the main resort were truly remarkable, adding to the overall charm and ambiance of the place.The staff at the resort were exceptional. They were not only understanding but also extremely helpful throughout our stay. We were always greeted with warm smiles, and they had our keys ready for us upon our return. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, creating a comforting and welcoming atmosphere.I would like to mention that according to government regulations, the resort only provides body wash and shampoo. However, this was not a problem for us as it was easy to find essentials like toothpaste and toothbrushes in the nearby town. Absolutely lovely hotel. Went there for 2 days and the rooms were spacious with a large bathroom and kitchen. We used the diamond designer suite and it was absolutely amazing with a wonderful view on the balcony. The floor was a textured tiled floor that surprised me but was good.One other thing to note was the front office, dining area, and pool have a very awesome medieval theme to it with statues of knights, castles, and even a sword in the stone. As a lover of the fantasy and medieval, I wish even the rooms had the same aesthetic. But it always made me happy walking into that first area.I only had 3 issues with the place:-the shower barely gets any hot water, so you'll be taking some mildly cold showers.-Our room had a bit of an ant problem, as we saw them on the floors, walls, and even on the bed.-The area is very sprawled out, so you'll be walking a lot through the humidity to get from the front desk to your room. The hotel carrier service can drive all the way up to the base of the stairs at each tower but only expect that if they've already picked you up from somewhere in boracay, and you just had to stop at the front office to pick up your key. However, I would imagine this service to be available for those who have disabilities.During our time we could not visit the personal beach, so not comment on that, and it is located a bit out of the way from the central area and D-mall, but the shuttle service will be able to take you there no problem.read more

Horrible hotel!Everything is rundown and damaged.Very dirty place, don’t book this place.There’s literally no available transportation to the the white beach after 11pm, yet the hotel can’t provide a shuttle after 11pm even for a fee.The shuttles are literally parked at the entrance but they refuse to give and good service to the guest!read more

I loved that the resort was remote. We never had a problem requesting the shuttle to get where we needed to go. I loved the architecture and design of the main resort. The staff were understanding and very helpful. They always greeted us and had our keys ready for our return. It felt like home away from home.Travelers, be advised that under government code that they do not provide more than body wash and shampoo. This is no issue, however, as it is easy to get things like toothpaste and toothbrushes in town.read more
