Nice welcome center and quick trans from airport to hotel via private boat and van. Room was nice but the ants are everywhere. Leave no food in the room ever. The view from our entrance was of the backside of the kitchen for the other building. Its a complete mess and not something I want to see walking to a room this expensive. The buffet was just okay but the staff is slow to stock food but constantly remind you what time they close. On departure still had a great van but we were taken to some run down nasty dock covered in trash and had to walk some unstable platform to board our boat. It was nothing like our nice arrival. For the cost of this place it should be no less the 4 star service but I'll give it a soft 3 and thats being nice.read more

No hot water in room upon arrival. AC remote never worked. Asked to change rooms and was refused. Breakfast buffet very mediocre. Very busy resort with tons of people. Despite not being on the beach it is still not quiet. Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating. Requested late checkout of just two hours and told that I needed to pay half my room rate. It rained my whole trip except the last day so I hoped they would be more understanding. Checkout took too long. Gets two stars since the room itself was nice and clean.read more

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Any resort with a breakfast buffet with infinite bacon takes the cake. :)The access road to the main lobby is a bit crammed. Excellent beach front view. There is also a small convenience store just next to the beach entrance/exit where you can get stuff on the go. The pools are well maintained. The Garden Restaurant offers a decently priced menu.read more

First time in Boracay and I just felt so pampered. Pools were clean. Rooms were well maintained. Food was delicious too. 😊

I really loved it here. My husband and I would love to return! It was beautiful and around this island were many attractions that I'd love to live here!
