9th Concession Claim

Much like Lagoon City, 9th Concession is an ideal spot because of the shallow, sandy bottom for quite a way out.

Lots of parking is available and plenty of space to setup your kite in the park.

You must water-launch and water-land your kites.  So, walk far out into the water when ready.
