Tonglen Beach Resort is a go-to venue for accommodation if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Boracay. Rooms and beds are spacious, comfortable and affordable. I didn't expect that the food will also be good! 3 words I can best describe Tonglen Beach Resort - homey, non-intimidating, serene. My first stay is way nicer that the last time I went here - lots of mosquitoes. But then, let me say that rooms are spacious. The family room can accommodate up to 5 pax with 500php additional after the 4th person. Rates are cheaper. I like staying in the pool, it's relaxing specially when you came from a tiring tour, its even open at night. Garden hallway in the entrance should have lights, its hard to walk at night. Staffs are accommodating. They provide us electric fan as the AC is not working okay in our room.read more

Their restaurant is way too overpriced! We were shocked by the food we got. It's not worth it for the price. I suggest that you eat outside, you can get a way better meal for the price we paid at their restaurant. And their aircon is not always working (especially at night) and weak. Pool is not clean and they will enter your room without your permission (good thing they didn"t get anything).read more

Great place to stay. Short walk to beach. Inexpensive. Is set back from main road but is quite compared to noise along beachfront and main road.

The accomodation is very nice. Everything you need is there. You can even let them cook food for you. Though its not located in the front beach, the amount for accomodation is right and not expensive at all. Thank u for the experience~❤read more

Money taken from my room. Waiting, with 2 hungry young kids, for 20 minutes with nothing but coffee and juice to fill our yearning bellies. Walked away from breakfast and dined out. Security was nonexistent so I checked-out,. Not a family place either really. Staff seem friendly enoughread more

Does not exist anymore. Sign overgrown, no response to mails and calls, gate closed but the owner still collects reservation and cancellation fees via online booking sites. This is a scam (we experienced it at our own expenses!!)read more
